Jay Sullivan is a life-long listener and learner. His career has included roles as high school English teacher, support worker at a Jamaican orphanage, in-house attorney for an international non-profit, corporate attorney representing large insurance companies, and for the last 25+ years, coach and counselor to corporate professionals on their communication skills.
He has listened to and learned from young students, elderly nuns, managers, co-workers, clients, and family members. In his three books and dozens of articles he has shared their stories, their struggles, and their triumphs. He tries to distill succinct and salient learning points from these conversations and relationships.
